Shipping policy
At SSIROS, we aim to deliver your favorite styles to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being received (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
Delivery Timelines
Domestic Shipping (within India):
Orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping (if applicable):
Orders may take 7–15 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- A standard shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if available.
- COD orders may also include an additional handling fee, where applicable.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking link shared via email or SMS.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Delays & Exceptions
Delivery delays can occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Courier service delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- High-demand periods (sales, festivals, new launches)
During such times, shipping timelines may be slightly extended.
Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, the customer may be responsible for any re-delivery charges.
