Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy – SSIROS
At SSIROS, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our return, exchange, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
7-Day Easy Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product is defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Product has a manufacturing defect
Return Eligibility:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Size Exchange Policy
We provide size exchange to help you get the perfect fit.
- First Size Exchange: ₹99 per product
- Second Size Exchange: ₹199 per product
- Only two size exchanges are allowed per order
- Exchange is subject to size availability
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
If the requested size is not available, you will receive store credit instead.
Store Credit Policy (No Refunds)
SSIROS does not provide monetary refunds.
All approved returns will be issued as:
- Store Credit only
- Store credit can be used for future purchases
- Store credit validity: (Recommended: 90 days — you can change this if needed)
This applies to:
- Returns
- Exchanges where replacement is unavailable
- Eligible return cases
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or video of the issue
After verification:
- We will arrange replacement, or
- Issue store credit if replacement is unavailable
No additional charges will apply in such cases.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used, washed, or worn products
- Products without original tags
- Products returned after 7 days
- Items purchased during final clearance sales (unless damaged)
Cancellation Policy
- Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once fulfilled or shipped from our side.
- Cancellation requests may only be accepted before order fulfillment, if applicable.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.
- If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
Additional re-delivery charges may apply.
